Here are the most frequently asked questions to Crehopa.

Who can buy at Crehopa?

As a wholesaler, we only sell to persons with a VAT number (or SIRET number) corresponding to the fantasy jewellery or more generally to the creative leisure activities. 

It is our way to protect our customers (retailers and professional designers) and to guarantee the offered prices.

It is important to note that our products are sold in large quantities.

How to order?
On our website you can create a valued shopping bag which we will receive as soon as you will have confirmed your order. You can also send us your order by fax, email or mail. In an effort to serve you better and to avoid any misunderstanding, we will not take any orders by phone. However, we remain at your disposal for any request of information and availability.

A minimum of EUR 250 excluding VAT is required for the first purchase to open your account.

Can I start my order and complete it later?

Yes, the content of your shopping bag is saved from a connection to another as soon as you have been identified.

Am I entitled to special discounts?

In some cases:

- If you have a discount code received during special promotions.

- If your turnover reaches a certain amount:

Less than EUR 20,000: 2%

From EUR 20,001 to 35,000 5%

From EUR 35,001 to 50,000: 7%

More than EUR 50,001: 10%


What are the delivery deadlines?

The complete orders will be treated within 3 working days. A proforma corresponding to the available goods will then be sent to you. Your parcel will be sent from reception of the payment or the proof of the execution of this one. We do not accept checks of any kind.

The delivery is free if the amount of your invoice reaches EUR500 excluding VAT for the Benelux and of EUR 750 excluding VAT for France. Remainders do not benefit from this free sending unless the amount of your invoice reaches the required amount again.

For France, the delivery time is from 48 to 72 hours (if payment or proof received before noon).

For Belgium, Luxembourg and Netherlands the delivery time is from 24 to 48 hours according to the chosen service.

Deliveries are not guaranteed on weekends


Do you have a catalogue?

Yes and no

We do not have any digital catalogue (pdf) or in paper format for you as we receive novelties every week and it is currently impossible to make such a catalogue because the amount of items is too large and constantly changing.

However, it is possible, and only in the store, to have a glance at catalogues of ALL beads and accessories available in stock carefully made ​​and weekly updated by our employees. So you will be offered a large choice and it will allow you to save time. A photo of these catalogues can be sent on request.

I forgot an item in my order. Can I still add it?

A confirmed order via the online store cannot be changed. However, it is possible to contact us by e-mail at and to ask us to add it or to make a second order on the site that we will join to the first one.

Is VAT included in the prices?

No, all prices displayed in the online store are VAT-exclusive. During the finalization of your order, you will be informed about the VAT rate that will be applied on your order.

When are we open?

We are open from Mondays through Fridays from 8:30 to 17:00 without interruption and the 1st Saturday of each month from 9:00 to 13:00

How to get to Crehopa?

Crehopa can be reached:

· by car (Crehopa is about 2km from the highway exit and has a private and free parking for customers)

· by train via the station of Charleroi-Sud

· by plane, via the airport of Brussels South ( Gosselies). Flights at reduced prices from Carcassonne, Nîmes, Marseille, Dismiss, Bergerac, Pau, Perpignan and Grenoble (via Ryanair).

Shuttle available from these last 2 points.

We do not take back or exchange the goods unless manufacturing defect or error on our part. In this case, please let us know within 15 days and provide us with your invoice number.

The colour of the beads may be slightly different from one time to another except for Swarovski. The colours of the articles on this site may differ from reality depending on the type of screen or printer you use.

Price lists may change without any prior notice according to the evolution of the market.
